Any custom PCF effects I use are offset in what seems to be a slightly random direction by about 10 feet.
(Slightly meaning that it is always in the same general direction.)
Did you make these particle effects yourself or downloaded somewhere?
They are mine.

Nevermind, it's spawning the effect at 0, 0, 0
Yeah you need to give it a spawn attribute
you need a "Position within Sphere Random" or "Position within Box Random"
