It was free for a long time, and you have 3 hours to buy it for U$1,99.
After that sale is over, your chances of it being gifted to you aren't really good.

It was 2 bucks at the time. It's not like the game was still 10-20 bucks when he posted this thread.
Surely you jest that it is terrible of him to ask someone for a currently 2 dollar game. It doesn't matter if its a stranger, its just doing a nice deed, no matter who it is you're doing it for.
