Yes, yet another "Which one" thread. So, which one should I buy? I'm gonna buy it for Xbox 360, since my computer definitely can't handle neither of them. I just want you to tell me what you would do. Both is not an option.
If you have ME1, get ME2.
Mass Effect 2.
If you're going to play ME2 you really should play the first. If not go with BC2.
Well, I haven't played ME1, but that can be arranged.
They both kick large amounts of ass, but you should get me2 first [editline]05:43PM[/editline] o wait you don't have me1 so get bc2
ME2, because console BC2.
me2 is a direct continuation of me1, so you should grab bc2 and find me1 in the bargain rack, then play me2 when you're done with me1.
^that but personally i prefer me 2
me2 I never bothered to play me1 and me2 made perfect sense
So what if it's the console BC2, hell the BC games were mostly made for consoles to begin with.
If it's the console BC2, then enjoy 100% Accurate sniper rifles, If not, Enjoy trying to use them at long distances before unlocking the GOL... Sure it does less damage, but even the M95, which does the most damage, takes two body shots to drop someone dead from full health, unless it's a headshot, so why bother with ANY of the sniper rifles except the GOL
Slight de-rail here: if I get ME2, will I be completely lost with the story? Thinking about getting ME1 so I know whats going on.
Definitely get mass effect 1 first if youre going to play mass effect 2 Importing your character is more than just a gimmick; it really makes a difference in the game
Alrighty then, thanks.

Also, like the above guy said, importing a character will affect people you meet and how people interact with you in the game.
Bad Company 2. I thought the beta was a lot of fun. I didn't exactly enjoy ME2 though. :/
Bad Company 2 for PC definitely.
ME2. The beta for Bad company 2 seem kind of plain and boring to me.
Alrighty then, thanks.
Just remember ME1 is slow to start off. Really slow. Sadly a lot of people give up on the game at the start but if you stick with it to the end, you will feel great. The sequel is much improved.
If you want a game that you will actually play for more then a week I suggest you get Bad Company 2.
Tough choice, but go with Bad Company 2. Mass Effect 2 isn't as good if you haven't got a character to import, so just wait until you can by both of them.
me2 is a direct continuation of me1, so you should grab bc2 and find me1 in the bargain rack, then play me2 when you're done with me1.
I'll do this. Thanks guys.
