Do you have any special items on your acc? Protodrakes, RaF mount? Any vanity gear or any of the sort? Are your toons Pct available? And are they on a PvP or a PvE server? All of this could either increase or decrease your account value.

Pets are used more for selling points then upping the price since you want people to buy your account, its harder with all that competition.
