Best server to transfer to?

I'm looking for a new server to transfer to that is in the Eastern or Central timezone, Eastern preferred. I want a server that is good quality, higher population, quality pvp, good guilds for raids (not 2 pro and 50 shit).

I'm just now getting back into the game and I'm on Kil'Jaeden, but its West Coast timezone. Any help would be useful, thanks.

If it matters I would be transferring my 80 hunter, he's Ulduar 25 geared if i remember correctly.
