Vehicular combat games?

Does anyone know of some good vehicular combat games for the PC?

A good idea of what I'm looking for is something similar to Vigilante 8 for the N64 and PSX that I used to enjoy a lot.

Preferably not racing and more centered around the combat itself.

You could always go with some good old ArmA 2, or ArmA 2: OA. The vehicular combat is always fairly good there.

Bad Company 2 isn't really centered around the vehicular combat, but I've heard it's pretty good.
