The gmod update broke mine.
Lara croft and the guardian of light because it it's the only other co-op puzzle game I know. And it's a great game.
How about MTA:SA? There are always fun times to be had there (if you can find a decent server)

Dino D-Day started as a mod and became a full-out game. The mod is still free but it is only one level long.
