I can't launch any games, whenever I do, it crashes after "preparing to launch". whats going on and how do I fix it?
Possible solution:
1. Exit steam completely.
2. Travel to your steam directory.
3. Find Clientregistry.blob and rename it to Clientregistryold.blob
4. Start steam back up.
Works for most people
If all else fails, steam support ticket.

You're probably barely giving them details.
There are many things that cause steam to crash. They can't pinpoint the exact solution.
Reinstall, hurp durp.
Delete everything in your Steam directory except Steam.exe and Steamapps. Then run Steam and it should work.
If it still dont work, after you deleted steam, then use this -dxlevel 81
Go into properties, then launch option.
Then paste -dxlevel 81
Remember to do it at all the games, there dont work anymore.
or just uninstall, then re-install
