Looking for a fun X360 Game

So me and my friends are looking for a fun game to play on the Xbox 360. I thought maybe I could ask FP if they had any suggestions. We already have Halo, MW2, Red Dead, COD5, GTA 4, and BC2. I mean, it can be anything, has to have multiplayer, maybe leveling/progression, any type of game. Itt would be greatly appreciated.
-Oh, and there's 3 of us

Edit in: We've tried Borderlands, didn't enjoy it a ton, I think we're going with Crackdown 2.

Get Gears of War 1 or 2, both have great campaigns which can be played in co-op, but 1 has better multiplayer.

Don't listen to this guy, it's a solo experience.
Instead try out Crackdown 2, it's incredibly fun in co-op.

My personal reccomendation is Fallout 3, though. Sure, it isn't multiplayer, but an RPG never hurt anybody.
