Over the years, Valve's games have had some frustrating bug or glitch that interrupt gameplay purposes. This makes their games un-fun, and very hard to surpass if it's a large bug. And I don't mean all Valve games, Half-Life was flawless with it's constructive story line and characters. But, if you think ANY Valve game has a problem (story line is stupid, characters are stupid, weapons or items don't function properly etc.) post the game and the problem below.

Game: Left 4 Dead 2
Bug: Melee weapons sometimes make a hit sound, but do not kill or damage the infected in which you are trying to hit. :effort:
Game: Left 4 Dead 2
Bug: Too many fucking zombies while entering the concert stadium is fucking impossible on expert, advanced, and normal.
Nancy Nitpicks ahoy

Might as well, there are so many bugs on crash course I can't name them all.
Bitch, Bitch, Bitch.
It's funny how none of you even attempt to appreciate the actual hard work they put into these games. Which would you rather, a misplaced sound or the game being released 1(possibly 2) year earlier?
Quit yur bitchin' and enjoy the game
Game: Half-Life 2: Episode Three
Bug: Where the fuck is it
OP's name infuriates me.
And I dont think valve games have any game breaking bugs...
Annoying yes, but game breaking? no
I once had a bug in Episode 2 where the Vortigaunt jumped upwards into the ceiling where he remained stuck. I had to reload a quicksave. That was an isolated incident though, I've never seen or heard of anything quite like that before or since. Their games have an awesome amount of effort put into them.
Left 4 Dead 2
Bug: Not enough chocolate helicopters
Team Fortress 2:
Civilian menu Spy
Direct Hit reloads with no visible rockets
Sco Res's world model is the normal stickylauncher
Sha'll I go on?

Yeah, world models for me are different, normal stickylauncher is SCORES's world model instead.

I think this is the only bug in Episode Three.

Stuff like that bugs the hell out of me. Seriously how can you miss out on missing rockets on DH or the random left arm with equalizer?
Or that when you shove with alot of the l4d2 melee weapons they dont even hold both hands on it.
the random left arm with equalizer?
The viewmodels for the new weapons work differently to normal, so there is not a whole lot they can do.

They can simply translate the left arm's bone :effort:
Tiny bugs are not fuck ups.
I would consider the drop system a slight fuck up because it's so easy to exploit, and they can hardly remove it anymore.
Just stop whining and enjoy.
Only issue I have with Valve is that they recycle sounds to no tomorrow. Sure, it cuts time and costs, but they're already rolling in cash and it wouldn't be too hard to hire a sound guy.
I'm just tired of hearing the same generic gunshots, hit-sounds, physics stuff and etcetera, that I've heard since 2004.
The melee weapons in L4D2 are the best example of this. They took the old crossbow pin-sound from Half-Life 2, tweaked it and slapped it on every melee weapon. It doesn't even sound like a melee weapon, to me, it sounds out of place and silly. Thankfully, all Valve games are rather easy to modify with custom sound effects, so I've already fixed the problem.

This whole forum is about appreciating how awesome Valve games are.
