My mic is working, in steam chat, skype, even ingame test.
But I can't actually talk ingame.
After reading online I think the problem is that the games are using line in, instead of my mic.
How can I fix this.

Also everything is disabled except mic.
Did you try to reinstall Steam?
I have a similar problem "Unable to initialize direct sound capture" in console, I've heard that plugging headphones in your PC's mic port fixes it but not for me, any help on this?
