So i won mercs 2 in a contest, got it in the mail today, put it in the cd rom, and nothing happens.
Nothing at all my computer just goes about as if no cd is in it.
I checked the Hd DVD-rom drive and it said "application can not be found"
I need some help seeing as a i just got the game after wating like 2 weeks and i really want to play it now.
Serial Key > EA download manager?
Probably some bullshit CD from contest.
Or is it like a brand new unopened box?

It came in an unoped cd case, still in the plastic raping even had the little tape thing on the bottom to keep it sealed.
i got it as a cd not from a purchase on ea downloads, and in the manual it says it should start the installation when it closes.
try exploring the cd drive.
I wouldn't worry about it, it's a terrible game.

It's not [I]terrible[/I], it just... could have been a lot better.
Was worth a play through. I liked the sinking of oil platforms than getting a Heli pickup off it.
If you get it to work, I hope you're not going to play online, because EA shut down the servers.

Although this is only for the PC version of the game.
