What are good Halo 2 modding tools? - Games

Now that I've gotten Halo 2 working, what are some good Halo 2 Modding tools? Most mod videos are either xbox/don't have links/doesn't say how. I want to be able to make elites have hunter weapons and marines to be elites :( Bad Reading? IT's been moved now mate.

Seriously now. Modding Halo 2 is fun :) Super fast vehicles, making swords have so much force etc. etc. But I would like to know what tools to use? Can I have a tutorial on how to use gravemind? Using Mr. Mohawk I got meta swapping, but I want to use Gravemind 1.5 but I simply don't know how. Just experiment with it. Most of it is just common sense.

It gets it's name from "Downs Syndrome".
