Hey, not sure if this has been posted before, but I just started getting a weird bug in metro, that makes everything fast, as if turbo was on the game.
Any solutions?
Turn on vsync if ya can?
Are you using an AMD processor? I've heard of similar issues with some of their processors in the past, although it is usually only with older games.

Sounds like a common multi-core problem. Not sure if it is, so try the following steps at your own risk: Start game, alt-tab, open task manager, set affinity on the process to one core only.
It's a dual core computer, and I was thinking to setting it to one core, but this only started happening to me a little while ago. I beat the game, then I played a little more after that, and thats when the problem started. No settings were changed.
