There are 2 daggers on his loot table on normal 10-man.
But I assume you are talking about the one with SP because no enh shammy would use a wep with that speed.

Well you still got the achievement and you should be able to put him on farm by now, hoping it will drop for you soon.

You have to PvP for it though, some people don't like PvP. Not everyone is as PrO at arena as you, Varj. Plus that item is like 20 iLevels higher.

Oh and, some people who don't like PvP still does the job to get them pvp weapons for PvE purposes.

You can't find better weapon than tier2 arena weapon, except from the last boss on Hardmode.

In ulduar patch, algalon hardmode weapons had same exact DPS as PvP tier2 weapons.
