Wow.. Two late, yet i was the first one to post this, And it the time at was only leaked at one site.
Reminds me of Tribes, looks hell of alot better than Halo 3 MP anyway.
Looks alright, I suppose. Hopefully the main attraction won't be multiplayer. We need more SP FPS games with a decent campaign story.
If you look at some of the dev videos it seems like Bungie is getting their team back into gear. Apparently they stripped a lot of the old engine and are focusing on making something new and awesome so hope it ends wells.

The Engine, the weapons, the player models, even the game play has a different feel to it.

This is the most excited I've been about Halo since Halo 2, it really looks like a different game. Now, to go find a copy of ODST.

What? Even Halo 2 had ragdolls, they're keeping the "flying and waving arms" animation in for the same reason many games keeps old stuff.

I wonder how the CQB fighting works, like if you initialize it from somebody's front, they get a chance to counter, you get a chance to counter, repeat until someone screws up?

I gave up on Halo a long time ago, but this looks new and I'm interested.
Time for the Halo game I've been waiting for since 2005.
This is what Halo 2 should have been, something actually better than the original Halo (which was awesome, mind you) instead of the shitty downgrade halo 2 was.

These assassinations look cleaner and faster, not the 5-10 seconds bullshit assassinations from AvP that starts a limbo chain.

Too true.
Halo is so much fun, it's just ruined a bit by it's reputation and fanbase. Get a good party with some friends going and it's huge fun though.
It's like it was made to be released on the PC :(
