Deus Ex Series
Warcraft 2 is the best game in it's series and is old and not very demanding. Get it, it's epic.
You can probably run Rise of Nations on that PC, try it out.
It's a great game.
Fallout 1/2, Age of Empires 1/2, Half-life, Opposing Force, Worms World Party. Just a few I enjoyed playing on my old computer.
The Splinter Cell series is great. Especially the early games.
Same goes for Hitman.

You probably wouldnt be into it much or even be able to run DOS games (well unless you have dosbox), try ZZT. Not only you can play games with ASCII graphics, you can also make your own games too.

It is. Singlecore? I can barely run any 3 years old games on low without lags.
