Tiberian Sun was rushed like hell due to EA. There's so much it should of had but got cut.

EA ditched online on all the CNC games except for 3. But they gave it over to a third party so there are servers up.

I actually wouldn't mind if they made Renegade free, that was a kickass game, multi-player was awesome, would mind seeing even more people playing. And whats funny is the only reason I bought The First Decade was to get serial keys for Renegade and Generals, because I lost the ones for my previous copies.

I think I've still got the original Red Alert 2 box with the Soviets blowing up the World Trade Center.
You get to blow up the WTC in one level.
It's the one where you first activate a mind control thing.
Well... original missions was to BLOW UP THE TOWERS. Then Westwood had to immediately recall all the copies. Well, those to which the pirates haven't laid claim to, at least. Sigh, those were simpler days in Russia, when games costed only 1/6th of their real price.

Not only that, it's marked as a Beta build. The game was only in beta testing and hadn't moved onto the final engine or graphical build. The units were all supposed to be Voxel, but half of them ended up being sprites.
Firestorm was also supposed to be a part of the game instead of an expansion.

Even with all that, it was still one of my favorite games of all times.

Tiberian Sun is definitely the best one in the series. Everything is right, the atmosphere and the music, the style is great.
You could feel how fucked earth was, when I was a kid back then when it came out, I played the shit out of it, I was so fascinated how awesome it was.
Why have you put the videos once in image tags, and then again in media tags? You are doing it wrong.
And I always played this with a friend in his basement. We only had old pc with windows NT and minimal power. Fun times, we passed hours to build the most awesome bases.

I think it's music wasn't as good as 95, RA1 or RA2, but it definitely had the story and atmosphere down brilliantly.

There's nowhere to put the MCV, you start with 4 crappy units, there's a vein hole fuckin 2 meters away from where you start and nod won't fuck off and they put a FUCKING ARTILLERY ON AN ISLAND I CANT HIT BACK ASDFASDFASDF
Eugh only missions I had trouble were the GDI's FS missions and Nod's and GDI's last mission :c
I have been dreaming about making our own CnC4.
A fan made game for the fans, made the way CnC is supposed to be.
Take all the things that made CnC great and give it the Graphics it deserves.
Heck if we were able to raise enough money we could even hire Frank to do the sound track and The bloke who plays Kane for the Cut-scenes.

After playing the CnC4 beta to it's limits (i wanted to get the full picture of how badly EA fucked up on this one)
i can safley say. Even with Pixel graphics, Crappy sound quality, isometric 2d view and relatively clunky controls, CnC TS is still infinitely better than CnC4
Oh damn, I nostalgia'd. 'Twas my first RTS.
