I bought left 4 dead 2 for my little brother who is getting a computer for christmas, I let him sign in on his steam account on my computer after I gifted it to him, there was no prompt saying he got the game or anything, is it because it is already installed on my computer?
Go on Steam and click Games > Manage gifts... > and see if he got it
Your brother can just look on his games list and see if he got it.
We looked at the games list and it wasn't there, however we checked the email thing and they were there, sorry for the waste of a thread.
