How violent is it? Like, I know when you shoot someone in the head, their head will explode/fall off, that's fine. But is it God of War level of violence, where you gouge out someones eyeballs and throw them off a cliff?
Also: How much sexual content? Like, it doesn't bother me or anything, but I'd MUCH rather go fuck some people than watch two people get it on.
1. No I don't recall any gouging eyes out, but there are mods for everything.
2. A few innuendos is about it, unless you mod the game there are some disgusting mods out for it.
You can blow peoples' limbs off in a bloody mess if you get the bloody mess perk or whatever it's called

If you're worried about the violence or sex, you shouldn't be playing M rated games young man.
There's no sex or nudity at all. Maybe some minor references, but nothing is seen.
As for violence, it's very brutal. There's no eye gouging though.
However, I'd like to make clear that eyeballs can be, in fact, dismembered from the head alltogether.

I've seen completely mutilated bodies glitch out and be standing up like a real person, it's quite hilarious.
Limbs either explode or get dismembered, people and certain creatures can be exploded into disproportionately sized gibs with the right perk and enough damage. There are special critical deaths for energy weapons but they're tame by most standards.
Sex as most normal human beings know it is nearly non-existent. Only one person in the whole game who isn't the PC seems to have a working sex drive and that's because he lives in the middle of nowhere with only one available woman for miles in any direction. Everyone else either finds the act abhorrent (at least whenever the possibility is raised of doing it with you, the player) or they somehow have more 'important' things to do than getting laid and chilling the fuck out.

I'm not 'worried' about either. I was just curious.
The blood is really brutal, you can blow limbs apart and find, like, if you blow up someone head, eyeballs, brain, and a peice of jawbone, and if you take a certain perk, (bloody mess) then you can body-gib people, and you can find parts of there torso, and one of the peices has a pile of intestines, and another has a large chunk of spine. the sex? far less then the other fallout games, in this, the only sex is implied, and there is only one prostitute in the game you can have sex with.
Wouldn't this be easily answered by looking at the ESRB rating (or whatever ratingboard) or even, Google?

maybe. you have to realize though that the ESRB all they do is watch videos of the "worst" parts of the game and not actually play.

1. When you have the Bloody Mess perk, you can destroy people completely
2. No sex, but if your on the pc, there is a mod for sexual content
