This will be my first undead and my first warlock. I'm kind of confused of what professions would go good with this. I was going to go with mining and jeweling purely for the gold but Im starting to think other profession would serve me better. I would appreciate advise or suggestions and also suggestions on talent trees would be really help full.
Go mining JC and then when you max it go enchanting maybe. Another race would probably be better, as WOTF was nerfed, but I'm not sure how the stats for the race are.
While Cannibalizing is a useful skill while leveling, but WotF did get nerfed thus you might consider another race if interested in PvP. I would personally suggest Orc because increased pet damage is great because you should always have your pet out, and more pet damage = more pet aggro = less damage to you. Orcs also have an ability that gives them improved spell power for 15 seconds on a 2 minute cooldown. If you're choosing a class on aesthetics, then I guess it's your choice and an Orc probably wouldn't be as appealing.
Anyway, onto professions, it depends on what you want from the profession. The easiest way to make gold while leveling is skinning. You kill beasts all the time while leveling so skinning will become second handed. To go with that you might want mining or herbalism. Both really easy, but whichever would make more money depends on your server's economy.
If you have another source of money and want something with crafting, then tailoring might be a good idea. Unless you're leveling up with first aid, then you'll have plenty of cloth from killing humanoids. And better gear is always a plus. You can also pick up enchanting with this, because you'll begin to make rare quality items pretty early, thus disenchanting will be successful.
Combinations that run along the middle would be inscription, alchemy, or jewelcrafting. With inscription you can make glyphs that tend to run a bit expensive on the AH. You can also makes scrolls to buff yourself, your pet, and your party members. Herbalism goes with this to make the pigments. Alchemy is also a good choice because you get good buffs. This also goes with herbalism. I personally wouldn't recommend jewelcrafting, because the only items that can be made are neck, ring, and trinket. This makes for good at early levels, but eventually you begin to find other jewelry to wear. You shouldn't worry about gemming your gear when you're leveling. But if you do decide this, pick up mining to provide your own mats.
TL:DR - I suggest mining and skinning because it's super easy gold.
