ok i recently installed the complete 2012 mod for stalker soc, and i really wanted to use the arsenal mod with it,so i tried installing it and i started stalker and it crashed right away before the main menu,then i reinstalled and installed complete again, then i unzipped the arsenal mod to my desktop, deleted the localization.ltx and added arsenal mod again, and i got to the main menu, i clicked on new game and it started loading, then it crashed.

Usually mods like that do not run together. Really you can only mix texture mods with gameplay mods.
No, they won't run together unless the author of either mod makes a compatibility patch. Ask the megathread next time.
