• Battle.net Authenticator Problems (Not MMO related)

So recently I got my Motorola Droid replaced, and forgot to deactivate the authenticator from my old phone, and now I can't get into my account. I have sent Blizzard 3 emails about it, and none were replied to. Then, I sat on the phone for an HOUR on hold at the customer support line, nobody ever picked up. Have any of you guys ever experienced this with them? Do you know how much time they take to reply to emails? I want to play SC2!
I had an account breach and someone wound up putting an authenticator on my account. Just call tech support again and try to be patient. They had mine removed in about two minutes once I actually got a hold of somebody.
