I was just wondering if there is a mod out there/ work in progress for alien swarm sc2 conversion since the models have been ported already to gmod.
i search in moddb and other moding sites, but i have yet to find one.
you know how well some mods can be hidden somtimes ;) so just getting some confirmation here.

i think it would look pretty good. just make the models lower res so we wont see white dots all over the model.

I would love to see a Starcraft 2 mod of Alien Swarm. I like this idea a lot. Seeing Alien Swarm at first reminded me a bit of Half Life and Starcraft blended together into a top-down shooter.

i dont know about the rifle cause of the strange way the marines in AS hold thier guns.

First off at the moment it is impossible to make a sc2 total conversion. Only maps with custom models.
Why would you try to make a mod for a game that is great just came out and is free.
Your acting like someone is actually making this at the moment yet you obviously don't know anything about sc2 because of the aforementioned inability to make a conversion.
Your, plainly an idiot all it would do is gimp alien swarm and turn it into crap. Alien swarm is great because of the fast twitch feel and seamless controls, porting it over to an rts ruins it.

Oh wow, you don't understand anything of what he said. What he wants to do is remodel everything to be starcraft related. Not turn it into an RTS. The gameplay would be the same as usual just with different models and shit.
