Would anyone give me a save for GTA IV - Roman's Sorrow?

Hey guys, I recently lost my save for GTA IV and I do not want to replay this all over again.
Could anyone please give me the savegame for Roman's Sorrow?
If not, is there some sort of trainer/cheat to instantly complete a mission?

Uhh saves are like bound to accounts it such a way that you delete the save its gone and if you get a save of the internet that isn't your it wont work AFAIK
