Me too, I finished Co-Op also and none of those hats are appearing.
Only certain ones appear, like the mann-co cap and the fedora.

I agree, I thought I would just mention it since the this is the right thread for it and so that the OP knows he's not alone.
Did you click the button in Robot Enrichment to import your hats? You have to do that, otherwise they won't come through.

Hey, if I play with a guy with a TF2 hat on his robot when I get Portal 2, I bet me and him will become BFFs right away!

get over it, you can't sell your hats for only 1 weapon because that is what the bandwagon drives you into. You'll sell your hat for 1 weapon but nobody will give you a hat for a weapon.
and my crown looks nice.
