Red Alert 3 but I saved by only buying the CD key so no biggie. Super Mario Galaxy...screw that - all my Wii games. Battlefield 2. The Orange Box - 360 version. (I got TF2 for PC after it anyway).

Battlefield 2 Ran just fine on my computer for the first month, then EA started releasing the patches, they slowed it down for me more and more, to the point where it was completely unplayable on my rig. Never buying an EA game again.

Company of Heroes - Didn't really like it that much, I never played it after I played it once S.T.A.L.K.E.R - One of the biggest disappointments I've had with games, if you followed S.T.A.L.K.E.R's development, it was going to be this super awesome game, but the current S.T.A.L.K.E.R is barebones and runs like shit on my PC.
