If I buy GTA IV through steam, do I have to download the other patches?

Like the title says, would I have to download patch 7 if I have the steam version of GTA IV or is it automatically installed?

The Steam version is always up to date.

Some of them do. as long you got a 1.0.7.0 asi loader.
