I enjoyed the game immensely a while ago. I was just looking through my game's library on steam and saw it, but since it was such a long time ago when I played and multiplayer games die quickly I didn't know if people still played it.
A few months ago I was playing with about 3 people in the only server on the list.
So no.
There are currently seven servers online, four of which have players in them.
Yikes, why would you want to play it? It was so buggy and half assed that you can't even buy it standalone.

Not really. I used to play it all the time but now it's all custom servers with nobody but the half-assed server admin/owner fucking around.
It would if Valve cared about this game. It's currently extremly bugged, and lag compensation is absent.
Funny thing is i don't own Half-life source, but it shows up on my games list, i can't play but i can play Half-life dm source

Oh man I had a server running where the cheats where on and we played campaign all day. Billion zombies in the lab. Until some douche got pissed when we killed the "Rangers" and kept crashing it.
