Is content from the Insurgency mod (maps, guns, playermodels, etc.) compatible with Garry's Mod? It looks like a fun game, but I don't want to download it if it's "isolated".

I don't know, that's why I'm asking. Not all Source games/mods are compatible with Gmod. L4D and L4D2 weren't, I thought.
Insurgency is on the same Source that CSS ran on pre-beta. I'd guess compatibility issues, if there are any, between it and Orange Box would be present.
You can mount it with [URL="http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=896910"]gm_mount2[/URL] without any issues.
