Smod Tactical Delta 5.56 error with New Damned Half-Life 2 Update

ok, i got Half-Life 2 and Smod installed, but when i got into the game, impulse 101 didnt give me full Smod's weapons, only reskined HL2's weapons! and my hud looks very bad, like multiple layers of hud , lol, any idea or patch for me? if there is, post on RAPID OR MEDIAFIRE, do not post them on FileFront, thank you for reading this.

darkzero226 i've seen that video before, it posted the files on FILEFRONT!

and lockdown6, smod on moddb.com only fix the "purple checker board" textures! I dont have a problem like that when first play smod 5.56, smod forum is down, onemanshow is gone, there is a mod called SMOD tactical delta "Project Life" that only have textures fixes, no "missing weapons" fixes.
