Steam started out as an experimental content-delivery system by Valve Software in 2003, featuring mostly games developed solely by them.
Today however, there are over 1,000 titles spanning several genres and developers. My question is, if you had the choice,
what games would you add to Valve's content delivery system?
First off, I'd like to complete the series of several games such by adding The Elder Scrolls: Arena,
The Elder Scrolls: DaggerFall, An Elder Scrolls Legend: Battlespire, and The Elder Scrolls Adventure: Redguard
to the Bethesda Pack and adding MYST Masterpiece, MYST III: Exile, MYST IV: Revelation, MYST V: End of Ages to the CYAN Pack.
I'd like for them to release Serious Sam Gold and Serious Sam II on steam and remake Serious Sam II in the S3 engine as Serious Sam II HD. Serious Sam.
And one game I'd love more than ever to get a proper release on steam would be Gunman: Chronicles. It was my first FPS game ever
and the company who developed it "Rewolf Studios" changed to "Streamline Studios" and just recently went bankrupt so
I don't know if it's legal to distribute because in that case I have the game with the steam patch for anyone interested.
I know completing the sets might be impossible due to different publishers and developers creating later sequels however these are only what I'd like to be added.
The old elder scrolls games are abandonware IIRC
This'd probably never happen, but it'd be nice to have Blizzard games available on Steam (excluding WoW), like the Diablo games.
Maybe the Legacy of Kain games would be good for that kinda access, too.
I would love to have Gunman: Chronicles on Steam, since I have no idea where my disk has gone.

Yeah if those games and Gunman: Chronicles are abandonware doesn't that mean they can be distributed for free?
Sims 3.
Every decent game.
Minecraft and all Blizzard games.
Seriously, SC2 and Diablo 3 on Steam would be masterful.
Portal 2 and Episode 3
The Sims 3, The Movies again.
And fucking TRON 2.0
I would really want all of Eric Chahi's games on Steam. Like Another World (or 'Out of this World' in America)
and ESPECIALLY Heart of Darkness

great game that no one has ever heard of

Why would you care if they sold WoW on steam...?
Every single game in the Jane's Combat Simulations series.
Minecraft. EA's back catalog would be cool too.

Why would you care if any game was on steam...?
Battlefield 2142 - Hell, they already have BF2 so what is stopping them.
Black mesa source.
XIII and No one lives forever 1/2.

Shit yes. Amazing underrated FPS games
Halo: Combat Evolved
Sims
Other EA games that aren't in the catalog
Halo 2
Gears of War
EVERY "The Sims" game and expansion pack. that seems like the most popular choice and a trilogy pack with all of the expansions would be awesome :dong:
Definitely would like Blizzard games to be on Steam. Mostly the Diablo series, maybe Warcraft. But I kind of suspect for some reason that Blizzard would be the last company we'd see putting their products on steam
Blizzard really should put there games on there. It wouldn't be that difficult and other games like everquest and FFXI show that MMOs work really well on steam

I think you'll be happy to know that when Battlefield 2142's 1.51 patch is released (which adds the expansion for free and a new map) DICE plans to release 2142 Deluxe Edition on Steam.
However, 1.51 has been in development since pre-BC2. But back in April they said they've definitely not forgotten patch 1.51.

I loved BF2142. Much more than BF2. But I love both.

Bethesda is still around, so far from abandonware.
Though Daggerfall and Arena have been released for free by Bethesda.
I would like to see Fable III on Steam, however it seems like a ploy from Microsoft to try and expand on GFWL.
TBH every game ever. But if I had to choose, Blizzard games. Everything else already seems to be there. If the game isn't on steam I won't buy it (Unless it's mind bogglingly amazing like SCII)

No one lives forever is an awesome game.
