Will I be able to run these games on this rig? - Games

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit Intel Core i3-330M, 2.13GHz (2 cores/2 threads) 4GB DDR3 RAM ATI Mobility Radeon HD5650 1GB Dedicated DDR3 Will I be able to run these games (Not necesserily on all high!): Call of Duty 4 (aka. Modern Warfare). Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Fallout 3 Just Cause 2 Left 4 Dead 2 Team Fortress 2 STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl According to [url=http://www.notebookcheck.net/ATI-Mobility-Radeon-HD-5650-Graphics-Card-Review.24035.0.html]NoteBookChecks test on the HD5650[/url] I should be fine with the i3-330M. And according to their Core i3 test, it outsmarts a triple-core AMD Phenom II Processor at 2.2Ghz. So tell me, would those games work well?

Dunno about MW2 and JC2, but all the others will run smoothly. Well, the below posters probably know better.

Got some data from NoteBookCheck, by the way: [b]Intel Core i3, 2.1GHz + HD 5650 + 4GB RAM:[/b] 27.2FPS in Crysis GPU Benchmark on High Graphics 22.9FPS in Crysis CPU Benchmark on High Graphics 41.6FPS in F.E.A.R on High Graphics 43.5FPS in Far Cry 2 on High Graphics [b]AMD Phenom II X3, 1.8GHz + HD5650 + 4GB RAM:[/b] 24.1FPS in CoD:MW2 on Ultra Graphics 38.9FPS in BF: Bad Company 2 on Medium Graphics 45.5FPS in Metro 2033 on Low Graphics And since the AMD Phenom II X3 1.8GHz is worse than the i3 in the PC I'm buying, I should be fine on Medium-high on MW2, and Medium-low on Crysis, even! Almost equal performance to my friend Jettans desktop PC. :v:

Don't know about Just Cause 2, that is an awful CPU. It may run, if so, on very very low settings, but for the other games yes.

Windows Vista 32-bit Evga Nvidia GTS 250 1GB AMD Athlon 64 X2 5600+ 2.8 GHZ 2 GB RAM 286 GB Hard Drive I run Just Cause 2 pretty bad on pretty low settings, you might have the same issue, but Modern Warfare 2 most likely will run at 50-60 FPS on maxed out settings in multiplayer. Left 4 Dead 2 and Team Fortress 2 both run smoothly on my machine with maxed out settings.

Not sure about JC2 (as others have said) and also Shadow of Chernobyl.

Guess I'll repeat everyone else: JC2 probably won't run too well, the others should work just fine.
