Well Ive been wondering if a payment On steam fails
And the steam account disabled is there a way to get the account back? Eg. Bank Goes down when paying Payment doesn't go through or
Not enough funds on a un reloadable visa.
Would vales zero tolerance policy apply if so You could lose $500+ worth of your account.

It hasn't happened but apparently you have to pay with the original card So if you have on that cant be reloaded your screwed?
There is no way to get your account back if it charges back.
moral of the story: don't use un-rechargable cards on steam

Are you sure? I saw some steam support ticket where they said that your account will be disabled till you pay?
