ok, i got this mod: [url]http://stalker.filefront.com/file/Stalker_Explorer;81081[/url], which removes all NPCs from the game, except for mutants, it makes mutants friendly, so that you can explore every place in stalker and not have to worry about getting killed or anything, but i tried going into x18 and the doors locked, i cant even get into x18, so how would i go about unlocking it? thanks in advance!
Next time you need to ask in the megathread I think.
But you have to get keys off of a bandit boss, you can use those to get into x18, since he's not in the game anymore, you can't get to it I guess.
You need to kill Borov in the compound in the north of Dark Valley - however without NPCs you won't be getting into x18 without a bit of modding.

yeah sorry i was thinking of using the megathread, but it seems like people ignore me on there lol, i figured just making a thread would be faster, although the mod does drop dead npc bodies of npcs that would normally be there on the ground,i guess ill have to look around for Borovs corpse, where exactly would he be located? as in what building in the compound?
Should be up in this big building in the dark valley, not the one X18 is on top of, but the one down the road, should be the biggest building there. Haven't done that mission in a while, but I do remember it was a bitch for me to get in there.
yeah i know the place you're talking about, i found a pile of dead bodies in the center of the complex, but none of them are borov, wouldn't a spawn mod be able to spawn quest items in my inventory? the bodies are bandits so im sure im in the right place, i found a building(i don't think its the building youre talking about) that has the blip on the map for a dead body, but when i walk into the blip theirs no body, so i thought maybe it was above me on the roof or something but when i go up the stairs the blip disappears, when i go back down the blip reappears, so i figured it was under me so i went to the sewers under the complex but theres no way to get to the blip.
He's in an office in the main building, top floor I believe.

Anyway, borov is in the main building, top floor, in an office, not outside. Keep searching or find a spawn mod, there's nothing else we can do for you.
yeah, i spawned the key in my inventory but the doors still locked :( WTF
