This one specifically. I noticed that the actor playing this young man looks uncannily like Tom Hanks. Then I realized that Tom Hanks' voice is very similar to that of the Chief's. So... Well, what if, just if, this young actor will possibly play the Chief during his teen years in an upcoming Halo movie, and then Tom Hanks plays the adult version. Maybe I'm not the first person to notice this, but I think Tom Hanks would be able to pull the role of John off pretty well.

Why the fuck would Tom Hanks be in a Halo movie? He doesn't even act anymore.
Larry Crowne comes out in 2011. He's in that as the main character.
Mind you it's a comedy/drama... not killing aliens and saving the universe.

Tom Hanks voice is no way anything like the cheif's.
He had more of a Rough Easy carefree Mobster type voice in Halo

Alright, so he's acting in a comedy/drama. Still, I think by the time we actually see a Halo movie, he'll be far too old to even consider being in a video game movie, of all things.

Harrison Ford is like, 50 or maybe 60 and he did Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull in 2008.

My point was that a Halo movie is still far off, and Tom Hanks is no spring chicken. Plus, I severely doubt he'd want to have anything to do with a violent video game movie.
