A whilr back when BC2 first came out I purchesed it right away having enjoyed the original very much. But I was plagued by a lag issue called rubber banding. It was killing my online so I asked around about it and was told that it was due to the way people from different countrys being put into the same server. Has this problem been fixed in updates in any way? I would like to purchase it again but fear I will have the same problems. Im playing on xbox360 btw.
foreigners ruin everything. :flaccid: So did you have this problem ON the 360 or previous?

BC2 has dedicated servers even on the PS3 last time I checked, so you don't time out.

It was since the beginning of the game. It's hosted on dedicated servers, but I'm pretty sure it is match making. You should just get it for PC if you can run it.

But if match making has been is active that could eliminate my problems.
I've been playing BC2 for the last 2 months without any host problems. And i'm from the UK. I think they fixed matchmaking in the first few weeks, one of the only genuinely good hitch free matchmaking experiences i've come across is in BC2.
Whats wrong with us? :saddowns:
I'm just playing :keke: One of my good friends is an exchange student from Holland. I miss her :gbsmith:
I played it last week on Xbox 360 and played about 10 games. Perfect connection for me. I even had it the day it came out and had no problems. :buddy:
In Gears of War 2 we used to have certain people with such good connection that they would get host 95% of the time. We'd always get them to search, resulting in confused and pissed off Americans. A shame it never worked on Bad Company 2...
