What happened to the Episode 2 folder?

I was going to install skins and I can't find the folder.. I found my Episode 1 folder but not Episode 2... where the hell is this thing?

shouldnt there also be like a usermod folder for mods or did valve ditch that idea?

How could it be common? It's not in there and I can launch the game right now if I wished. O.o
