Star Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruption game need computer to be upgraded problem

Hey any one that sees this my Star Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruption does not want to play because it keeps saying my computer needs to be upgraded to a windows 19se, 2000, or better
The thing is it already is better than those.
Does anyone know a way to fix or patch this?

But really, just upgrade your computer if the game asks it.
