For some reason, this is all I see when I launch Left 4 Dead 2. It's just this really light blue color, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Looks like a graphical error, check you have the latest drivers for the Graphics card, and post your specs.
How would I find my specs, and I do have the latest drivers etc, because i've been playing it for the past year. I'm not sure why it just randomly started to do this

Orr, use Dxdiag.
Tap space twice with about 2 seconds delay, I remember in the beta some people had their kernel colour appear instead of the videos because .bik refused to work. If this is true for you, you'll be playing with a light blue menu, but otherwise functional.
It's minecraft all over again.
