Minecraft subforum? - Games

Do you think Minecraft needs a subforum in the GGD? Sure, there's the poll right up there, but I'd also like to hear your opinion. I guess it would be nice. Also have a little forum in it for SMP games. All I really see in GIP now is "Minecraft SMP" or "Successive Minecraft game".

The megathread is full of: 1) Shitposting 2) Same questions over and over that could be answered easily with the official site and a bit of minepedia 3) Pictures of saves 4) Server ads In that order. Descending order.

What make another game subforum while we still only have 1 games mod?

While it is true minecraft is in alpha, we've all been playing it for some time now. I have been playing since last year myself. It's just a very popular game, and conversations about playing it are ongoing constantly.
