Basically, I went to buy Blacklight: Tango Down on the Games for Windows Live marketplace but as I'm under 18 it said I cannot purchase it. However it is also availible on Impulse for a bit cheaper but will I be able to buy and play it?

Matchmaching is broken and no one plays, at least on PC.
Its not a half bad game if people would actually play.
I own it on the Xbox 360, Very nice if you want to play a fast game.
But you cannot get hooked on it and play it all day long, Its really that you just play for 15-30 minutes and then you are bored. kinda like MW2
Bought Fort Zombie there, Yeah its completely legit.
Impulse is good, if it had better community stuff, it'd be better than Steam. It's just that Steam was first, and from VALVe.
I prefer gamersgate, no need for any client.

It does, I bought fort zombie on there and it worked even though it sucked.
