Does anyone still have that L4D2 Skin Support file?

I remember a while back in the L4D mod emporium there was a file that allowed custom models to be used in L4D2.

Tried my best looking for the damn thing and when I finally found it the download didn't work, so I ask if anyone still has it. If they do, if they could upload it.

I've PM'd birdsonmyback but no response yet.
