CSS Quake Sounds won't play

I added all the files I needed too and the sounds won't play. I have no idea how to fix this.

Are you running a server? You may need to use sourcemod to get them to work, (also a certain addon for it).

I used AMXX, but that wouldn't work, and now I installed SourceMod and MetaMod. Still does not work.

I have a file, quakesounds.amxx, should I change the ending to .smx?
