How Do You Turn off Shadows In Dead Rising 2?

I have
Pentium D 2.8ghz
3.5g Ram
Radeon HD 4830

and Dead Rising 2 runs great for me, when im in small places.
When im in spaces with lots of zombies, it still runs well it just slows down.
So I am wondering how to turn shadows off because I believe it will make the game run so much better for me. As turning shadows off in all my pc games makes them run so much better.
Does anyone know how?

You might want to also consider upgrading that CPU.

I would upgrade if a newer one would fit with my motherboard. So to upgrade I would have to get a new motherboard too. Im just waiting until i get enough money to build a new one.

But about the shadows.
There is no options in the game to turn them off, just shadow quality.
So im guessing there is a file somewhere with the option. I just cant find it

I have the same CPU, clocked at 3.2Ghz instead. It is overclockable, but even with a custom fan spinning almost twice as fast, it still won't get past 3.3Ghz stable.

Not much you can do. You can try programs like Gamebooster, or generally closing background stuff / Overclocking to increase your FPS.
