Good games for 2 people on PC?

2 different PCs, don't need it to be 2 people on 1 comp. What are some good games to play with a friend or whatever? Preferably FPS. Just something fun to play really late ;p LAN connection

The original serious sam games had some nice coop, either LAN or hot seat.

Also, if you change your mind about the FPS things, you should try out some of the Civilization games, for hot seat or lan. Incredibly entertaining and take up huge chunks of time.
