Good fast-paced fps? - Games

I'm thinking something like tribes in-terms of skill and speed; although this might be a tall order, I'm interested to see what you guys can come up with. I always liked blacklight retribution.

Quake, Unreal, CS, basically any older FPS, or ones that pay homage to that era.

Tribes: Ascend is fun and very fast paced

Urban terror, free and open source, like counter strike but with a higher emphasis on movement, and with much cooler custom maps. It's awesome.

Don't get me wrong they're fun, but sometimes I like to use the full power of my gaming rig. Also, I just remembered that rise of the triad came out recently, that looks pretty interesting. There's Nexiuz which gives me about 2 fps ingame on my stone age pc so I'm guessing thats modern. It's apparently an FPS that pays homage to old shooters like that. If you can find anyone playing it that is, dunno how lively it is anymore.
