As none of you may know the best FREE mmo ever created is [U][B]Silkroad Online[/B][/U]. This game is entertaining, stunning and simply, has the best PVP ever made.
For the very few of you whom may be aware of this hidden goddess you may presume the servers are always crowded, your wrong. Joymax have changed, and care.. to a certain extent.
My main pathetic post here is simply trying to preach the good news of [B][U]Silkroad[/U][/B], put simply the only flaw that this game has is after Lvl 20+ its a mother bitch to level (Level Cap 110). But despite this factor, Im sure everyone here spends 80% of there sad pathetic lives playing MMO's like WOW, whats the difference?
Regardless, [B][U]Silkroad[/U][/B] is worth the effort to level as you can be literally emerged into a world of EPIC graphics with nearly no flaws..

Full of bots. Unable to connect due to servers being full of bots.

How much did get fixed? I mean you're saying the server aren't that crowded anymore, but last time I checked, joining the game was close to impossible, though that was like a year ago.
What changed, did they increase the player limit (read: 'lag') or did they manage to ban bots.
Bots everywhere, to the point you can't log in and have to wait in gigantic queues, and the developer doesn't care, because they sell some items in the item shop that can log you in instantly.
:wtc: got kicked out due overload? Fuck this game.

Terrible game. Well the game itself is ok, but the way it's run is just terrible. Servers are full, bots are everywhere, devs don't give a crap.
I mean, wouldn't banning bots be more profitable since bots don't buy stuff from item shop anyway.
People, since a year ago, there has been about 10 new servers (3500 People per server) have been added, In addition The bots dont clog up the servers its 100% free and easy to get in and its going to stay like this for a LONG time.
I've been playing that game some years ago. had my character up to lvl60 i think. Was fun to play with friends, i even enjoyed it more than WoW. But for some reason i stopped playing. Ah yes, it was the lag i had everywhere. But that might have changed by now. Do your accounts get deletet after a while or is it possible that my character is still alive?
I would like to add that the servers have been "populated" (one try, connected) for over two months now.
The only way you can get up to 110 "legitly" is using a bot. level 109 - 110 takes around 2 weeks alone.
I liked the game but it was a long time ago. It's full of bots and servers are always busy and Joymax wants me to pay my real cash for a premium account card which is temporary. A good game sailing to the waste. It had a potential or still has to entertain me as a MMORPG.
I've loaded up the game ~4 years ago, and then ~2. I can honestly say that it's a bit fun, but it took me 2 weeks each time to level up a couple levels, and lost motivation.
too much grind, bot shit it's pretty generic actually altogether it's a pile of shit don't overrate it

Tried it again yesterday, still shit.
I played this about 3 years ago cause a friend told me to try it. It's a huge grindfest, filled with bots, and iirc the english translations weren't the best back then either

Why does everyone feel the need to insult us while asking for help or introducing something, I mean are people that stupid that they think that's a good thing?
Last time I played this they had added European "races", it actually made the game alot more diverse and fun. It's an enjoyable game to play, until you get tired of the grind.
The skills in the game are cool.

No because if the servers are always full people will buy premiums (the stuff that makes you log in faster) which makes them more money

Every once and a while they will delete all inactive accounts
When I played it some months ago, it seemed to be better.
Don't know right now, it was right after the big bot purges and security system change. Servers went from FULL to populated or less.
Still, the game gets pretty boring and the biggest grindfest ever. Seriously, you had quests where you had to kill 3000 mobs 3 times for like 500k or something...
It took YEARS to level up and skill up, and you depended on the premium system to make a difference good enough to level faster.

I remember playing this awhile ago.
Having to wait hours to get a slot ruined it for me, and all the grind.
I didn't want to remake a character.
I remember playing back in 2007 when the Europe update came out. Good times then. Then the botters started up again and it was impossible to log in.

Did anyone have a 2 seconds delay in actions? Like, you clicked to move your character to a place and it would take a second to start moving there or to perform a skill?

All the international server were located in Asia I believe. I got a second delay between clicking and the action and I'm from Australia.
I would play Silkroad, but I heard it had a huge problem. I don't want to experience another macro bot filled MMO like Runescape 2005 era.
BTW, I like Runescape. It's more or less so, clicking and grinding your levels, but it keeps me busy and mildly entertained.
Post some videos of PvP in silkroad and explain whats going on (objectives,the classes that are fighting, ect) I want to get out of world of warcraft but I cant seem to find a PvP system as fast, smooth, and bad ass looking.
One word: Bots.
I also like how the OP acts like we are all a bunch of idiots who have never heard of this piece of shit he calls an MMO.
Does anyone play this game ? I think it's full of bots, no real players on servers
