All have a server gamemode made by Kuro.

Servers with gamemode's of Kuro have that now.
Their HOSTNAME is "THIS SERVER HAS NOT BEEN AUTHORIZED!" and they are password protected.
The owner of the server talked with Kuro about it.
I, myself aren't the server owner.
Isn't that the guy that scammed the other guy out of $300 dollars? His name rings a bell.
