Is there anything I can do to lower DR2's graphics?

I'm on PC. I can run the game okay, at about 20fps.

I have a shit rig. Everything is as low as it goes. Is there anything I can install (note: I don't have the Steam version) to lower the graphics more? like, get rid of shadows or something?
